    Speaker Bio

    Monica "Nikki" Flores is a Certified ScrumMaster® and senior technical project manager at Lullabot, where she's tasked with leading the development of enterprise web platforms for state and municipal government and higher education.

    Since 2004, she leads redesign and re-platforming projects, including projects for City of Boston, Harvard Library, State of Iowa, New Relic, IBM, Green America, GIST Network for the U.S. Department of State, and Ashoka Changemakers.

    On Drupal (monicadear) since 2008, she served as elected board member to the global Drupal Association in 2022-2024 and steering committee for DrupalCon North America 2024-2026.

    She consults for the Lansing Economic Area Partnership to increase jobs and investment in Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton counties for a federal ARPA grant disbursing $3mm to small businesses.
