    Speaker Bio

    Monica "Nikki" Flores is a Certified ScrumMaster® and Certified CPACC technical project manager at Lullabot, where she's tasked with leading the development of enterprise web platforms for state governments, tech companies, non-governmental organizations, and membership associations.

    Since 2004, she has led redesigns for the State of Iowa, New Relic, IBM, Green America, the GIST Network for the U.S. Department of State, and Changemakers for Ashoka: Innovators for the Public. A Drupal user (monicadear) since 2008, she was elected to serve as board member to the global Drupal Association in 2022-2024.

    She supports Lansing Economic Area Partnership in increasing small business revenue and job creation in Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton counties, and helps report on $3mm disbursed to "Main Street" businesses as part of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
